Leave the Lamateliane Cottages in Guadeloupe for a forest outing punctuated by a river bath.
They are numerous in Guadeloupe, the water is always crystal clear and you can bathe there without fear.
To change a bit of the beach and recover long hikes, here are some bathing places close
to your holiday rental, to discover another face of Guadeloupe.

On the Crossing Route, at the House of the Forest, the river “Petit Bras David”
offers huts to picnic at the edge of the water in the tropical forest.

It is also the departure of the track of streams, which reserves you numerous bathing points.
In Petit-Bourg, in the forest of Tambour, the river will lead you to the basins of Colo, Colibri or the Tambour Jump.

Do not miss, just before the departure of the Carbet Falls, a trail that will take you in 15 minutes
to hot water natural pools (about 35° C), lost in tropical vegetation. Change of scenery guaranteed !

Many other places in Basse-Terre will allow you to enjoy a river bath.
Do not hesitate to enjoy it after a hike !
